ITINERARY
Y LINH HO -LAO CHAI - TA VAN - GIANG TA CHAI - SU PAN
Night1: Ha Noi - Lao Cai
8:00 PM: Pick up you from hotel and transfer to train station.
9:00 PM: Train depart and sleep the night on train. Travel time approx 9 hours.
Day 1: Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van (B, L, D)
6:00 AM: Arrive Lao Cai train station. Change to mini bus for transfer to Sapa Hotel
Travel time approx 1 hours.
7:00-8:00 AM: Breakfast and shower in the hotel.
Begin trekking from Sapa towards Muong Hoa valley where we can admire magnificent landscapes.
Trek through Y Linh Ho village with Black H'Mong tribe.
Break for deliclous lunch in the local house near by Muong Hoa tream where we can have a nice swim.
Keep trekking through lush rice-teraces towards Lao Chai village to eperience Black H' Mong people's daily life and traditional culture.
3:30PM: Arrive into Ta Van village inhabited by Zay minortles exhbiting strong.
Chinese culture where we have dinner cooked on a wood fire enjoying the company and hospitality of our Zay family and homestay overnight.

Day 2: Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Su Pan - Sapa (B, L, D)
8:00 AM: Breakfast at homestay.
Trek through bamboo forests to Giang Ta Chai waterfall, bridge and village inhabited by Red Dzao minorities for a short break to enjoy stunning view surrounding.
Break for Lunch.
Keep trekking into the village of Red Dzao minorities, visit their houses to explore their rich culture.
Continue trekking down to Su Pan of Black H'mong people for bus pick up and transfer to Sapa.
Free time in Sapa for shower and Dinner.
5:30 PM: Bus transfer back to Lao Cai train station for the night train back to Ha Noi.
Night 3: Lao Cai - Ha Noi.
5:00 AM: Arrive Tran Quy Cap station (Ha Noi) tour ends.
Notes: Please bring along a good pair of walking shoes, raincoats, jackets, insect repellent and sunscreen.
