Hotel Terms and conditions
Payment Policy:
- The rooms rate are including all tax & service charge.
- Our booking system connect with VTCPAY & Paypal Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment. All of your card information are processed through SSL protocol. Payment Gateway protect your card information with international card security standard PCI DSS of PCI Security Standards Council. Your card information will not be stored at merchants. Provide capability of accepting online payment by international cards such as Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and JCB

Check-in & Check-out:
- Time to check out must be before 12:00AM
- Time to check in is 14:00PM.
- You can check in early if the room is available (no charge).
- If you want to check out late, please let us know in advance and depend that room available or not. If the room available you can pay 50% of room rate and check-out before 4PM.
Changes & Cancellations:
- All Booking in our website requite full payment.
- Different types of room changes are possible depending on the room available.
- Booking cancellations MUST be made at least 3 days in advance of arrival time, no cancelation fees. If you cancel the room after 3 days of arrival date, we will charge first night (Local time applied GMT +7).
Children policy:
- Children under 2 years old sharing with parent free.
- Children over 2 years old pay same as adults.
Smoking policy
- To ensure all the guests’ comfortable stay, smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel rooms. Smoking is allowed only in special areas of the hotel designated for that purpose. Following this rule allows us to maintain high standards and offer our guests quality service. We hope for your understanding.
